Answer:
Click on the "Tools" Menu and select "Accounts".



Click on the "Add" Button and select "Mail".





For "Display Name", enter your Real Name as you wish it to be displayed in email, click "Next".





For "E-Mail Address", enter your E-Mail Address (username@yourdomain.com), then click "Next".





Set "My incoming mail server is a" to "POP3" type.



Set "Incoming Mail Server" to "mail.yourdomain.com".


Set "Outgoing Mail Server" to "yourisp.com", then click "Next".

Note: You will have to contact your ISP and ask them for the "outgoing SMTP server information."





For "POP Account Name" enter your username%yourdomain.com in LOWER CASE letters only.



For "Password", enter your email password in LOWER CASE letters only, then click "Next".





Then click "Next" and "Finish".
