Support Question: Changing Settings on an existing email address
Whichever email program you use, if the email account already exists, only a few simple setting changes need to be made to keep your email working.
In your program, go to Tools: Accounts or Email Accounts.

Here are the new settings (highlighted):

1. Under "User Information", enter your full name and your email account as shown above.
2. Under "Logon Information" enter your hosting account username and password provided to you by CAS Production.
4. Under "Server Information" in the "Incoming mail server (POP3)" field enter yourdomain.com (For example, if your domain is abc.com enter abc.com (do not enter www.yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.com)
5. In the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" field enter yourdomain.com (For example, if your domain is abc.com enter abc.com (do not enter www.yourdomain.com or mail.yourdomain.com)
You are now done. Click Finish.
You may need to restart your mail program for changes to take effect.
