888-562-5565		About Us Pacific Lock has been manufacturing solid-body padlocks for more than thirteen years.  Recently, for legal reasons, the company changed its name from “Federal Lock, A California Corporation” to “Pacific Lock.”  What hasn’t changed is the fact that we remain a family-owned business dedicated to producing and distributing high security, solid-body padlocks.  We do this by manufacturing our own padlocks in our own Chinese factory.  The fact that we control our own factory in China is one big reason that we consider ourselves to be one of the elite few “real” manufacturers of padlocks in America.  Many other “padlock manufacturers” merely contract with a manufacturing house somewhere overseas and pay to have their name stamped on the lock.  Not with Pacific Lock.  All of our solid-body, rekeyable padlocks are made by workers that ultimately report to the Chairman and CEO of PACLOCK. In May of 2005, Gregory Waugh joined the company and brought a new perspective to our lock business.  A few months later he was named President and has since spearheaded many of the initiatives that are setting our family business apart.  As the son-in-law to Gary Yang (Chairman and CEO), Greg brings new life, and a new future, to the family business.  Our future couldn’t be brighter.
